WHEN IT IS FINISHED connects two periods of residency taken one year apart. It reflects upon a period of solo working at DESA Indonesia (April 2024) and material from the current Front Studio Residency at Temperance Hall. These two vastly different places allow for the emergence of a logic over time and a side-by-side display of embodied knowledge. It is both a review of stored material and dance emerging from the present moment.

She made a choice in that moment which changed the course of everything. For her it was finished. Over in a flash. For others they remember.
